Processing time: 2–5 business days for handmade production.

Custom Series orders require at least two days of communication before production begins.

Processing time may be longer during launches or holidays.

Shipping from Toronto, Ontario via Canada Post / UPS / Purolator.

Delivery times (estimated):

• Canada: 3–9 business days (Free shipping ≥ $100 CAD).

• USA: 7–14 business days.

• International: 10–20 business days.

  Actual delivery times depend on the carrier.

All orders include tracking numbers.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers or customs.

Please verify your shipping address carefully.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must pay for reshipping.

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours and before shipping only.
