At IvyBleu. we believe that energy carries memory.
Once you wear and spend time with a piece, a unique energetic connection naturally forms between you and it — even within a short period.

For this reason, we approach energy exchanges with care, intention, and respect,
allowing one connection to gently close before welcoming the next.

 

✨ Energy Exchange Overview

• One-time energy exchange available within 14 days of delivery

• Exchange for an item of equal value
  (you may upgrade by paying the price difference)

• This service is intended for moments when the energy doesn’t feel like the right match.

🌿 Energy Transition Ritual (Important)

To complete an energy exchange and ensure a clear energetic transition,
we kindly ask you to assist with the following step before returning your bracelet:

• Please personally cut the bracelet string

• Place the loose beads into the original protective box that was included with your order, and return them to us

Even after a short time of wear, an energetic bond has already formed.
By personally completing this step, you help gently release that connection,
allowing space for a new piece to enter your life with clarity and intention.

📦 Packaging Notes

• The cut string and outer packaging may be discarded and do not need to be returned

• Please be sure to keep and return the original protective box, as it plays an important role in the exchange process

Keeping the protective box ensures we can properly care for the piece and support your next energy match.

 

🙏 Items Not Eligible for Energy Exchange

Due to their unique and personalized nature, the following items are not eligible for energy exchange:

• Raw crystal decor / display pieces

• Custom or personalized designs
  (including custom sizing, energy selections, or birth-based pieces)
